RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To request a return please contact info@geenabeauty.com providing your order number and the email address linked to your account in which the purchase was made.

 

For full information on our returns & refund policy: 

 

Please note that currently we do not offer refunds on purchases made.

 

However, we are able to exchange any purchases made provided that the returned product has been received with the product packaging is unopened, the product is unused and is in a re-sellable condition. Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines will not be eligible for exchange.

 

Our returns policy provides 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

 

Please note that GEENA BEAUTY will not held responsible for return shipping costs unless you have received the incorrect item to what was ordered. In that case, we will ensure the right product is sent to you - please email info@geenabeauty.com with your order details in this circumstance.
