Tracking Orders
Once you’ve placed your order and it’s ready to be shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details, tracking number and tracking link to track your parcel.
Alternatively, contact Geena Beauty customer service at info@geenabeauty.com to track your order and receive an updated status of your order.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

Shipping, Costs & Delivery Times
Please note that GEENA BEAUTY currently ships within South Africa only.

Orders must be placed by 12pm South Africa Standard Time to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Orders may be delivered within 1-4 business days depending on the shipping region. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
